An open bid will be in effect as of July 20th 2010 and will be sent out to 18 Asian developed manufacturers of tires. The bid is a request made by a Middle Easter OEM, Iran Khodro for Peaguot 206 vehicles. A total of 970,000 tires will be distributed towards the selected bidders for 2011. On December 1st of 2009, Automotive Division of TTS MIddle East issued an RFB A2-52132 on 15/11/2009 valid until 1/12/2009. Through 54 global candidates, the RFB has been awarded to Lizhong Wheel Group. Incorporated in Singapore in 2004, Lizhong Wheel Group Ltd. owns five subsidiaries in China - Baoding plant, Qinhuangdao plant, the first Tianjin plant, the second Tianjin plant and the Huolinguole plant in Inner Mongolia, which is a specialist in the design, manufacture and sale of aluminium alloy wheels for automobile use. Through the Baoding Lizhong Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd, jointly with TTS, Lizhong is in process of being qualified to supply to the largest Middle Eastern OEM manufacturer.
